Block two will house the proposed seven 3 storey residential townhouses with the retention of the six semi-detached heritage homes.
Block three will house the 3 remaining residential condominium towers of 12, 37 and 45 storeys. The 12 storey tower will have a 2 storey podium with a proposed 134 residential units. The 37 storey tower will have 312 residential units and the 45 storey tower will have 375 residential units. These three towers will be connected with 4 levels of underground parking containing a total of 512 vehicle parking spots. Block three will also be the location where there will be a proposed 713 square metres of a public park.
Altogether, this development will have a proposed total of 1,241 residential units consisting of 15 Bachelor units (13%), 721 1-Bedroom units (58%), 273 2-Bedroom units and 89 3-Bedroom units. There will be 816 in total parking spaces available with 2 loading docks.
